At last the truth can be revealed: The answer to yesterday's inaugural Where Am I? post.
The man in the cowboy hat and his two bikini-clad companions adorn the local-music section at St. Paul music store Eclipse Records, 1922 University Avenue. Besides selling those round shiny things you see in the photo above, Eclipse also boasts a full-on video arcade with both pinball machines and old-school quarter-suckers, and hosts all-ages in-store concerts Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
