Since December 2007, its five members have posted the strangest, most mind-bending and disturbing footage imaginable (old infomercials, public-access TV, singing babies, etc.) on an almost-daily basis. This simple premise has yielded some unexpected results: The site wove together snippets of video into a semi-coherent story for a 2009 feature-length DVD, while cat-massagist Maryjean Ballner—discovered and popularized by the EIT crew—recently taught David Letterman a lot about life and cat massage on The Late Show.
