Fuck Knights have a wonderful name, good enough to join the ranks of bands like Awesome Snakes, Droids Attack, and Mad Trucker Gone Mad, who all now happen to be labelmates. In 2010, Fuck Knights released their first EP from Madison’s Crustacean Records, called Recorded By Gary Burger From The Monks EP. Contrary to the band’s mystifying moniker, its newest release is straight to the point both in execution of blistering, blown-out rock ’n’ roll and in letting you know precisely how proud the band is that Gary Burger from The Monks took the helm. Despite hailing from the icy climes of Minnesota, sunny shards of pop punk like “F.M. Eyes” seem ready for some beach blasting.
