If, for whatever reason, your social calendar has a big ol' the-alleged-birth-of-Jesus-is-no-big-deal-to-me hole on Dec. 24, there are still a couple of options for going out on the town on the night when most of the city's bars and restaurants are dark. The fifth annual Jewbilee features music by local rappers MC/VL—whose '80s-style party vibe is more than a little reminiscent of those other well-known Jewish rappers, the Beastie Boys—as well as a free Chinese buffet, a raffle, and more. (If you'd rather roll, St. Louis Park eatery Park Tavern's bowling lanes are open until 10 p.m. on Dec. 24.)
