Martinis! Word spreads fast and the tables are filled. Breaking the cocktail barrier has driven this new little café to the top of the charts, and a solid menu of international tapas works hard to keep it there (think crab cakes and house-cut fries with cheese fondue). An undistinguished dining room has been revamped with walls pulsing with persimmon (and bad art) and a side of funky music.
