Ethiopian meets American at Red Sea, where fries and Buffalo wings are just as common as African finger foods, and everything is eaten without utensils. Open since 1990, the place has true West Bank flavor, with a blend of music styles and diners, and even a funky African-inspired burger. Red Sea draws both U of M students and West Bank locals, making for a well-blended melting pot.
