It’s the old-time supper club of your dreams, reinvented in northeast Minneapolis by Kim Bartmann of Bryant-Lake Bowl and Barbette. Under a low-lit timbered ceiling and architectural antiques, the modern-vintage demo kitchen turns out new takes on bygone roadhouse fare like smelt fries and stroganoff. There’s also a traditional Friday fish-fry dished up for neo-nostalgics and neighboring condo dwellers reliving their first illicit beer.
