Boys just wanna have fun. So three industry sluggers left their respectable résumés to resuscitate the Town Talk Diner, serving blue-collar food to blue-collar customers since 1946. Today it’s the talk of the town again, serving creative spins on diner food (from garlic fries to fried sweet pickles) to the self-appointed “in” crowd. The former cigarette-size diner now sizzles as the bar, and a passage has been chiseled to an adjoining storefront, where tables span the lino floor.
