Hayden Childs is the founder and occasional editor of The High Hat, an online culture 'zine that's rarely updated these days. He wrote a book for the 33 1/3 series on Richard and Linda Thompson's Shoot Out The Lights album, which is one of the worst-selling books in the series. As one should refrain from feeding bears, so should one refrain from asking him a casual question about the movies of Sam Peckinpah.
