The Coathangers cover The Go-Go’s

We probably should have known that Atlanta trio The Coathangers wouldn’t deliver a particularly straightforward cover of “We Got The Beat,” the 1981 hit by The Go-Go’s. And while they did pay direct tribute to The Go-Go’s by wearing stylish towels on their heads, they changed the song a bit into an ode to a particular substance. You’ll see. The fourth Coathangers’ album, Suck My Shirt, came out earlier this year. Here’s where we’ve been and where we’re going with this year’s Undercover:
