A.V. Undercover: The Day Of The Dead

Local Natives cover David Bowie’s “Teenage Wildlife”
About This Episode

Over the past month we’ve run a handful of videos as part of our special Undercover series, The Day Of The Dead. As that series comes to a close we’ve got one final video for you, which sees Local Natives covering David Bowie’s “Teenage Wildlife,” from his 1980 album Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps). As you may remember, AJJ already paid tribute to Bowie with a great cover of “Quicksand,” but Local Natives took a distinctly different approach, stripping the nearly seven-minute track down to its component parts. Give it a look, then give Local Natives’ latest, this year’s Sunlit Youth, a listen.
