Chicago's Mannequin Men joined the A.V. Undercover once before, offering up a rollicking rendition of the goofy "Nuttin' For Christmas" for our holiday series in 2011. The band returned this year with a revamped lineup to cover Dinosaur Jr.'s blistering, majestic "Not You Again." Though originally a B-side, the song has taken its rightful place among the band's best, even appearing on a 2001 greatest-hits compilation. (Yes, we were also surprised to learn that there was a Dinosaur Jr. greatest-hits record.) Bassist Jesse Woghin—who also happens to work for Onion, Inc.—takes the lead vocal, though he smartly refused to wear a long gray wig for this performance. Enjoy.
