Better Call Saul (AMC, 10 p.m.): Back so soon, Better Call Saul continues its two-night premiere tonight with “Mijo.” That’s right! You don’t have to wait long at all to get your second fix of Bob Odenkirk’s Saul Goodman. In his pre-air review, Erik Adams writes that “any doubts that Odenkirk can carry the series are expertly dispelled in a whirlwind courthouse montage in episode two.” See if this meets your expectations and then check back in TV Club for former Breaking Bad correspondent Donna Bowman’s analysis.

The Bachelor (ABC, 8 p.m.): Continuing its tradition of peculiar destination spots, The Bachelor heads to Deadwood, S.D., where Chris takes nine of the remaining contestants on horseback rides. Six of the bachelorettes write love songs with country stars Big and Rich (??), and the winner gets to attend a Big and Rich concert on a one-on-one date with Chris.

The Originals (The CW, 8 p.m.): Klaus has to place his trust in his siblings in order to protect Hope, but we know how things usually go when the Originals have to trust one another (not well!). Hayley and Jackson continue the increasingly complicated process of the unification ritual.

State Of Affairs (NBC, 10 p.m.): Nick finally is in a position to take down one of the most-wanted terrorists, but Charlie and President Payton disagree on how to handle the situation. Conflict!

Castle (ABC, 10 p.m.): In the first installment of a two-part episode, Castle and Beckett come face-to-face with their old rival Dr. Kelly Nieman. When investigating a new murder, they start to realize it could be connected to a big-time serial killer. Cliffhanger guaranteed.

Snow White And The Huntsman (FX, 6 p.m.): Come for the Charlize Theron; stay for the Kristen Stewart in armor Charlize Theron. Theron’s Ravenna is by far the best part of this retelling of the classic fairy tale, but mostly because no one else is given all that much to do.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier (Starz, 9 p.m.): One of the best installments in the ever-growing Marvel Studios franchise, The Winter Soldier is a pure delight. According to Caroline Siede, it was the best female-driven superhero film of 2014.

College Basketball: Duke at Florida State (ESPN, 7 p.m.): The Blue Devils face Florida State in the world of college basketball tonight.
