Bon Iver percussionist S. Carey released an excellent record, All We Grow, a couple of years back. His second, Range Of Light, is out April 1 and continues to showcase the Wisconsin native’s singer-songwriter prowess. Below, A.V. Club readers can check out “Crown The Pines,” the second single from Range Of Light. Intricately layered, intimate, and overwhelmingly melodic, “Crown The Pines” is like a musical trip into a snowy, quiet forest.
Carey’s got a bunch of tour dates lined up, and those are listed below. Range Of Light is available for pre-order via Jagjaguwar.
