It’s been three years since Make Do And Mend’s last full-length, a relatively short timespan that can’t help but feel like lifetime in the post-hardcore scene. In those three years the Connecticut band’s contemporaries—most notably Touché Amoré and La Dispute—have released their most accomplished works to date. Thankfullly, Make Do And Mend is ready to prove all that time off wasn‘t time wasted. On February 24, Make Do And Mend will release Don’t Be Long, a record that shows the band’s muscular take on Hot Water Music’s Epitaph-era hasn’t withered with age. The A.V.
