Over the weekend, Rob Lowe treated his 1.15 million Twitter followers to a video of himself, topless and twirling, channelling his inner Julie Andrews.
Lowe’s tweets tend towards the goofy pretty often. When explaining this approach to Access Hollywood Live, he said “My thing is that it’s authentic, it’s me. It is unfiltered.”
