Disney has likely finally found a buyer for Miramax Films—and despite those earlier, excitable rumors, it’s not actor Rob Lowe. Instead the studio’s once-esteemed name and library of 600-plus films will be handed over, to the tune of around $650 million, to construction mogul Ron Tutor and Thomas Barrack’s Colony Capital without any involvement from Lowe at all, which is sort of boring. Those guys aren’t even insanely handsome!
