The first trailer for season two of Netflix’s The Hunting Wives has been released, and the women of Maple Brook can’t stop getting into mischief. The trailer for the eight-episode season opens with Sophie (Brittany Snow) and her husband Graham (Evan Jonigkeit) on a couch, seemingly in a therapy session. “I want Graham to know that I can change,” Sophie says, most likely referring to her season one affair with Margo (Malin Åkerman). Her husband asks if she’s still dreaming about Margo, and although the trailer cuts to another scene instead of showing Sophie’s response, it’s pretty obvious her romantic feelings for Margo are still very much intact despite their complicated dynamic. “It’s classic Margo,” Sophie says in another scene. “She gets her hooks in you, and then she manipulates you until there’s no you left.” And, well, she’s not wrong. Margo is seen flirting and charming various people, and ending up back in bed with Sophie. Elsewhere in the trailer, the women of the town practice their target skills at a shooting range, John Stamos’ new character toasts “to big hits and even bigger tits,” police investigate a dead body found in the woods, and Margo is held at gunpoint while caught in a rather compromising position with Sophie. The two women also sit in a sudsy bathtub together, and Margo suggests they “wash off all of last night’s sins.”
