The Lego Movie Sequel is getting a rewrite from the creator of BoJack Horseman
It looks like Warner Bros. is really committed to stuffing its Lego Movie series with well-respected veterans of critically acclaimed TV shows for some reason. It’s a great idea that worked out really well the first time around when Clone High’s Phil Lord and Chris Miller were the writers and directors, but continuing the trend seems almost unfair. Like, do we as a society really deserve to have multiple Lego movies made by truly talented people? Apparently we do, because in addition to Community’s Rob Schrab directing The Lego Movie Sequel, Variety is now reporting that BoJack Horseman creator Raphael Bob-Waksberg has been tapped to do a rewrite on that movie’s script.
