Anchorman's Ron Burgundy to be enshrined in a museum
Possibly spurred by co-star Harrison Ford's insistence that he "belongs in a museum!", Ron Burgundy will be the centerpiece of the new “Anchorman: The Exhibit” at Washington D.C.’s journalism museum The Newseum. The exhibit serves two purposes, as it both uses a popular fictional character as a jumping-off point to explore the 1970s heyday of real-life anchormen, and it also upholds modern-day journalistic standards by squeezing out hard news in favor of a puff piece about a celebrity
