Paste reports that Children Of Men–the critically acclaimed, 2006 science-fiction film about a near-future in which humans have lost the ability to reproduce–is being turned into a television series. Not many details are available yet, but the show is being developed by writer/producer David Eick of Battlestar Galactica and Bionic Woman fame, and it will based more on the wider-reaching P.D. James novel that inspired the film. Unsurprisingly, it's already been announced that the movie's leading man Clive Owen will not be starring.
