This is the week for people who love TV and have hundreds and hundreds of dollars free to spend. We’re now fully in the pre-holiday-sales “complete series” season. This week’s batch of pricey DVD sets is top-lined by the cult favorite It’s Garry Shandling’s Show, a full review of which will be running here in the AVC tomorrow. But the complete series armada does not contain only one ship.
