Edgar Wright to trade ant-men for baby drivers
While Edgar Wright has just completed work on the version of Ant-Man that will play nightly in the hypothetical arguments of film geeks, he’s already moved beyond Marvel to a newer, more tangible project. Deadline reports that Wright is closing in on directing a movie that’s described both as “a close cousin to the Cornetto Trilogy” of Shaun Of The Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World’s End—though likely without Simon Pegg and Nick Frost—as well as “a collision of crime, action, music, and sound,” most of which could be more succinctly termed “a movie.”
