Last we left Forrest MacNeil (Andy Daly), the “life reviewer” who took on experiences both sublimely pleasurable (eating 30 pancakes) and soul-shattering (drug addiction, divorce) over the first season of Comedy Central’s Review, he was a broken man. At the end of the last episode, Forrest stormed off the set, vowing that he was done with reviewing forever. Now, after an exhaustive search conducted with the help of Review fans on social media, Forrest has returned and is back to his old, blindly optimistic self again.
