Sean Bean continued his weekend of surprising run-ins with sharp, pointy things by getting into a bar brawl in London that ended with a stabbing, the same Sunday night that saw this happen on Game Of Thrones. First reported by London’s sometimes-sketchy The Daily Mail (and then confirmed by the slightly more trustworthy EW), Bean was having a nice, quiet night out with 22-year-old “lad magazine” model April Summers when a man made some lewd comments toward her, prompting Bean to chase him off down the street. Later that night, Bean stepped out for cigarettes and the man attacked him, punching Bean in the face and reportedly slashing his arm with a piece of broken glass. Bean returned to the bar, had the staff patch him up with a first-aid kit, and then ordered another drink. Perhaps George R.R. Martin could consider a rewrite.
