There's something refreshing about Robbie Fulks's classic alt-country sound. The Chicago-based artist's twelfth album, Gone Away Backward, is due out Aug. 27, and The A.V. Club has an exclusive track premiere. "When You Get To The Bottom" is one of the slower songs from Fulks' new album, but its harmonizing and sweet strings make it worth a listen or two.
