Here’s what’s coming to Amazon Prime in April
Good news for non-British fans of Anglophilic rom-coms about Twitter comedians and their baby’s moms: the second season of Rob Delaney and Sharon Hogan’s critically lauded sitcom Catastrophe is making its way to Amazon next month. The series—which stars Delaney as an American man who moves to England to be with (and eventually marry, in the first-season finale) a woman he got pregnant during what was supposed to be a one-night stand—has already aired its second batch of episodes in England. It’ll be making its American debut on the streaming service on April 8.
But while Catastrophe is pretty great, it probably isn’t what you want when your own bundles of joy start screaming for distraction. For that, you might turn to Thunderbirds Are Go!, the British revival series of the old marionette action classic. The CGI series—also an Amazon Prime exclusive, Stateside—will be available on April 15.
