The long-suffering Julie Taymor-and-U2 Spider-Man musical, Turn Off The Dark, finally got a premiere date not too long ago, but even with tickets already on sale, you’d be forgiven for thinking that it didn’t actually exist beyond blog reports and the haughty dismissals of Evan Rachel Wood. But look! Not only does the musical appear to be moving forward, its composers in U2 have offered concrete proof that they actually really did write a musical—about Spider-Man!—by introducing the brand-new song “Boy Falls From The Sky” during a Sunday concert in Portugal.
