Keanu Reeves to fill the Daniel Craig-shaped hole in The Whole Truth

After signing on to play the lead in Courtney Hunt’s follow-up to her Oscar nominated Frozen River, Daniel Craig announced his departure from the courtroom drama The Whole Truth. For two months thereafter, a large, Daniel Craig-shaped hole was keeping The Whole Truth from moving forward—that is, until Keanu Reeves stepped in to play the film’s lead defense attorney. Reeves will join a cast that includes Renee Zellweger, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Gabriel Basso, who will work together to make the masses forget that they were ever supposed to see James Bond argue for the acquittal of a teenager accused of murder, a process of forgetting that will be quickened as soon as the trailer for the next James Bond movie hits.
