Who she is: Maria Stark
Her power: No powers here.
Her story: Maria Stark is Tony Stark’s mother. We only see her briefly in Captain America: Civil War—once in a flashback from Tony’s mind, and the other time on security footage shown to Tony, Captain America, and The Winter Soldier during the film’s climax. Her story is pretty depressing: She was killed along with Howard Stark when they were run off the road by The Winter Soldier, when their son was barely 21.
