Mark your calendars, Andrew Jackson Jihad is going on tour presented by The A.V. Club
This year Andrew Jackson Jihad released the excellent Christmas Island, taking its brand of fever dream indie-punk to new heights. Now, The A.V. Club is proud to present the band’s upcoming spring tour, covering various parts of the U.S. and Canada in March and April. Not only are the A.V. Undercover alums going on tour, they’re taking a few friends (and labelmates) along with them. Australia’s The Smith Street Band, former Bomb The Music Industry! leader Jeff Rosenstock (who is slated to put out his second solo album next year), and Brooklyn up-and-comers Chumped will serve as support on all dates, and without a weak link in the chain there are plenty of reasons to show up early.
All the tour dates can be found below and tickets for all shows go on sale this Friday. Keep your eyes peeled over the coming months as we premiere new songs and videos from the bands, and there will be some contests along the way with chances to win copies of the latest albums from the various acts. We hope to see you there.
