Michael Jackson, Elizabeth Taylor, and Marlon Brando star in the road-trip movie of a Taiwanese CGI animator's dreams

The Elizabeth Taylor profile in the June issue of Vanity Fair includes the story of what can only be described as the most epic road-trip buddy comedy of all time: Michael Jackson performed a show at Madison Square Garden in New York City on September 10, 2001, with friends Elizabeth Taylor and Marlon Brando in the audience. After the attacks of 9/11 the next day, the three stars allegedly attempted to charter a private jet to safety, but upon learning the airspace was shut down, resorted to renting a car and driving all the way to Ohio, Brando demanding to stop at fast food joints along the way.

Even better, we now have a Taiwanese CGI video to show us how concert-ready Michael, Don Corleone-Brando, and Cleopatra-Taylor found themselves wandering the streets with mere mortals before their escape. Marvel at the dance contest Jackson got in with an impersonator on the street, escapades with the Burger King who had yet to show up in costumed form in the fast food chain's ads, or the creepy last touch of a few children jumping into the car before Michael shuts the door for their getaway.
