Vice President Mike Pence was celebrating National Military Spouse Appreciation Day with a room of military families when he got a little too excited and “bopped” a little boy in the face. Clearly peeved, the boy threw daggers at Pence while muttering an emphatic “ouch.” Afterward, as Pence robotically roamed throughout a sea of children, the boy pursued, telling the vice president that “you owe me an apology.”
Pence, of course, also owes apologies to women, the LGBTQ community, immigrants, as well as all of the other children surrounding him, as he’s historically diverted funding away from public schooling in favor of funding vouchers for private schools (especially if they’re Christian ones). Eventually the crinkly eyed robot issued the boy an apology, but good on him for being dogged about it.
