Great news for dads and dads-at-heart: Phish is hitting the road for a summer tour. The upcoming run will consist of several “multi-night stands” in cities like Austin, Boulder, Philadelphia, and Chicago before culminating in Saratoga Springs, NY July 25-27. It kicks off with three nights at Manchester, NH’s SNHU Arena June 20-22. The band also recently announced a handful of West Coast dates, which kick off April 18 at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena.
Phish—Trey Anastasio (guitar, vocals), Jon Fishman (drums, vocals), Mike Gordon (bass, vocals), and Page McConnell (keyboards, vocals)—has been producing rock hits and inspiring ice cream flavors since 1983. They’ve released 16 studio albums and even launched their own streaming service, LivePhish+, which provides on-demand access to recordings of every show, regular releases from Phish’s archive, and 4K live webcasts. Earlier this month, the band was nominated for induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for the first time.
Tickets for the summer shows are being released in an interesting way. The band is currently honoring a “ticket request period,” during which fans can put in a preference only for shows they’re willing to pay for. The passes will actually be released and on general sale Friday, February 28 at 10 a.m. ET.
