Tommy Wiseau is on screen for fewer than 10 seconds and utters a single line of dialogue, but he still manages to be completely overwrought in the first trailer for Scary Love.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, this Jennifer Juniper Stratford film is a “science fiction tale told in the style of classic B-movies and outfitted with practical special effects, laser beams and lunatic ideas which are guaranteed to make it the next big midnight movie hit.” Wiseau, the original Disaster Artist, plays a bounty hunter who’s looking for his “long-lost love.” Judging by the disdain the waitress shows for his character in this teaser, it’s not going to be a happy reunion.

Scary Love doesn’t have a release date yet, but you can see The Room filmmaker and Greg Sestero in the upcoming Best F(r)iends, which is being released in two parts—the first volume is out March 30 and April 2, with the second one scheduled for June 2 and June 4.
