Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers announce reasonably extensive summer tour

Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers have announced a string of summer tour dates. The stalwart band will be taking its versions of “American Girl,” “Learning To Fly,” and “Refugee” back out on the road, hitting up three major U.S. festivals and doing several multi-night stands in both New York and Los Angeles. A full list of dates is below.

Petty is also currently in the studio recording a new record, which should come out in 2014.

June 3-11—Fonda Theatre—Los Angeles, California
June 15—Klipsch Music Center—Noblesville, Indiana
June 16—Bonnaroo Music And Arts Festival—Manchester, Tennessee
June 18—Budweiser Gardens—London, Ontario
June 20—Consol Energy Center—Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
June 21-23—Firefly Music Festival—Dover, Delaware
June 23—Saratoga Performing Arts Center—Saratoga Springs, New York
June 28—Marcus Amphitheater—Milwaukee, Wisconsin
