You know those petulant teen vampire films that are, like, double petulant teen vampire films? Summit just gave its stamp of approval to the predictable split of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn into two separate installments, giving the series’ denouement ample room for all the dramatic silences it may require, and ensuring that Entertainment Weekly will still have cover stories well into 2012. Both halves of the beginning of the end will be shot in one fell swoop this fall, with the first arriving in theaters on Nov. 18, 2011, and the second premièring at some far-off date still to be determined.
