You won't have Damon Lindelof to kick around on your Prometheus sequel
Those who have spent the past year hurling Internet invective at Damon Lindelof for all the shortcomings of Prometheus—and maybe even Lost still, and what the hell, throw Nash Bridges in there—congrats, for you have succeeded in making Lindelof well aware of your distaste for him. So much so that, in an interview with Collider, Lindelof announced, "Much to the delight of all the fanboys, I don’t see myself being involved in Prometheus-er," confirming those earlier suspicions that he would be too busy to participate in the previously announced sequel that isn't actually titled that, while also preemptively addressing all the "GOOD! His script sucked anyway!" comments that this confirmation would likely engender.
