A.V. Fest/Hideout Block Party 2013: It's on.

We are delighted to announce that our alliance with The Hideout will continue this year, manifesting itself in the second A.V. Fest/Hideout Block Party. This year's event will once again take place outside the Hideout, at 1354 W. Wabansia St. in beautiful Chicago. The dates are Friday, September 6 and Saturday, September 7, and guess what? LIMITED EARLY BIRD TICKETS ARE ON SALE RIGHT NOW.

We'll be announcing the full lineup in conjunction with our friends at WXRT on Tuesday, May 28. We are very excited to let you know who's playing, but you'll have to wait a bit. Last year, we sold out of early bird tickets in a few hours—no pressure, but them's the facts. Single-day tickets will go on sale later this summer.

As always, a portion of every ticket sold will benefit various Chicago charities, including Rock For Kids and Literacy Works. Our sponsors this year will include Lagunitas beer and Mike's Hard Lemonade. Last year's Wilco-headlined fest was a blast, and we hope to see you again this year.
