Also, the guy who wrote Argo is writing the Batman-Superman movie
While casting rumors continue to reach new extremes on Man Of Steel 2: Who’s The Black Private Dick That’s A Sex Machine To All The Chicks? Batman, there’s also been at least one, slightly more predictable change behind the scenes. The Hollywood Reporter says that Argo writer Chris Terrio has been brought in to “get the script in shape” from its current, David S. Goyer state of flabbiness, contributing a new draft before filming begins early next year. Terrio’s hiring would seem to be part of Ben Affleck’s demands that he also be instrumental in the direction of the franchise, with Affleck bringing in the guy who helped him win that Oscar everyone almost immediately stopped talking about, because he signed up to play Batman. (It’s definitely part of fan demands that David S. Goyer maybe sit out a round, let someone else write a superhero movie for a change.) And fortunately for Terrio, certainly no one's gonna be all up in arms about fact-checking a comic-book movie; fans are usually pretty whatever about that.
