Beck has released the first single from his new album, Morning Phase, due out this Valentine’s Day. “Blue Moon” is spare, self-reflective, and mellow, all moods that certainly support the singer-songwriter’s 2013 suggestion that Morning Phase is a “companion piece of sorts” to his 2002's Sea Change.
