Bush, now most infamous for chortling along to future presidential candidate Donald Trump’s chummy admission of serial sexual assault and harassment (including of Bush’s own female Access Hollywood colleagues), currently hosts his own YouTube show Hot Mics With Billy Bush, self-described as a “quite ballsy” look at pop culture, politics, and whatever else resides in Billy Bush’s head. Presumably, Bush will continue to be similarly ballsy about things as he joins failed comedian who thinks mocking immigrants is a hoot Watters.
In his statement, Bush exclaims, “I’m excited to join FOX News Media and its loyal audience to share my perspective on the people, ideas and moments shaping today’s culture…. as well as the ones trying to undo it!” That “undo it” crack seems to also fit right into Watters/Fox’s whole “this woke crap is killing real [insert cultural myth conservatives cling to to justify their bigotry]!” vibe, so he should slot right in.
As to the “ballsy” concept, maybe Bush is referring to the time he was caught being gross about young women himself. Or that time he admitted how much he thought Trump’s groping routine was hilarious, despite portraying his justified firing from the Today show as “the ultimate degradation.” Viewers will just have to tune in to tonight’s Jesse Watters Primetime to find out, although considering Fox News’ legacy as haven for loudmouthed sex creeps, he’ll at least have plenty to laugh along with.
