To promote the third season of Bored To Death—the "noir-comedy" starring Jason Schwartzman as a semi-successful writer who moonlights as a laughably bad private detective—HBO has eschewed the typical trailer for what is basically a brief music video. Instead of preview clips or plot details, we get Schwartzman and co-stars Ted Danson and Zach Galifianakis chilling at Coney Island, with the Beastie Boys providing the soundtrack. Between Galifianakis' random theft of carnival toys and the bumper cars, a trip to Coney Island has never seemed so fun.
