Following a gooey swirl of rumors and a sprinkling of leaked images, Ben & Jerry's has finally announced that it's debuting Americone Dream, a Stephen Colbert-themed ice cream. The Associated Press quotes the company as saying the flavor is "the sweet taste of liberty in your mouth," and Colbert has said he will donate proceeds from the ice cream to charity. The AP also reports that Carlos Santana is planning to open a chain of Mexican restaurants named for his song "Maria Maria."
