After covering true crimes together on American Crime Story, Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk are returning to Fox for some fictionalized crime stories on 9-1-1, their new drama series about the fast-paced lives of first responders. The series has the potential to be a big hit, not just because of Murphy and Falchuk but because it stars Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, and Connie Britton. For anyone in Chicago who is eager to get in on the ground floor of 9-1-1, The A.V. Club is giving away free passes to an early screening of the show’s first episode.
