On The Late Show last night, the pair agreed to donate money to Puerto Rico’s post-hurricane recovery efforts every time a celebrity unearthed a cringeworthy photo from their youth.
And here’s a shocker: Colbert and Kroll weren’t always the stone-cold hunks they are today.
