Druski donned his white lady makeup to play Elizabeth Holmes in SNL's You Can See Everything parody.

Druski makes his own You Can See Everything on SNL

In his opening monologue on last night’s Saturday Night Live, first-time host Druski told the audience that he’d promised SNL and NBC he wouldn’t do his signature “whiteface.” But since some of the internet sensation’s most popular (and controversial) videos have seen him don some horrifyingly White Chicks-worthy prosthetics to mock the most grotesque caricatures of MAGA white womanhood, that promise was inevitably and almost immediately broken in Druski’s own You Can See Everything A24 commercial.

Titled Dru Can See Everything, the latest pitch-perfect parody of the unnerving original trailer for the Lance Oppenheim-Nathan Fielder Elizabeth Holmes documentary was presented as the Theranos fraudster’s first attempt at allowing a popular comedian to tell her story. Sadly, Druski’s approach was more suited to a 1,000 part Instagram Reels series called “Crazy White Lady Skit [crying/laughing emoji]” rather than a three-hour box office epic, with the no-nonsense Druski quickly tiring of engaging in the sort of intense stare-downs and halting Q&A’s that have made Fielder’s film an unlikely Oscar contender.

But it’s in Druski’s iteration of You Can See Everything‘s head-spinning reenactment scenes that the piece sees the comic finally breaking out the blonde wig and face paint, as his (again, horrifying) version of Jane Wickline’s Holmes interviews herself. (“I could do this all day, bitch,” Druski’s Holmes states after one go-nowhere round of questions.) Sadly for the YouTube comedian, it was Ben Marshall’s bug-eyed Billy Evans mistakenly making a move on Druski’s fake Holmes that seemed to be what sent the creepy couple running into Fielder’s arms. (“I’m in too deep,” Druski realizes.) It’s certainly Evans’ unlikely rap audition that sent him running from Druski’s Coulda Been Records audition hall.
