For all our British friends and anyone who enjoys transatlantic flights and probable mud, here are some of the just-announced headliners of this year’s Glastonbury festival, running June 23 to June 27: U2, Stevie Wonder, Snoop Dogg, Muse, Vampire Weekend, Pet Shop Boys, Willie Nelson, The Flaming Lips, Hot Chip, Phoenix, Dizzee Rascal, Editors, Scissor Sisters, Julian Casablancas, Norah Jones, Ray Davies, Gang Of Four, Broken Social Scene, The xx, Slash, Jackson Browne, The Black Keys, Mos Def, George Clinton, Broken Bells, Fatboy Slim, Dirty Projectors, Midlake, Beach House, Corinne Bailey-Rae, Richard Thompson, Nick Lowe, Femi Kuti, Os Mutantes, Devendra Banhart, The Hold Steady, Frightened Rabbit, Grizzly Bear, MGMT, Orbital, and LCD Soundsystem. It's been dubbed “the most staggering lineup to match the 40-year reputation of the festival” by completely impartial founder Michael Eavis.
