Here's the guy playing Splinter in Ninja Turtles, insofar as one can know anything about Ninja Turtles

Though the Ninja Turtles reboot has mostly sought actors with the sort of experience that could inform their characters and also Will Arnett for some reason, finding someone for Splinter who can fully inhabit a wise, samurai rat is difficult, given that Channing Tatum is booked solid. So instead they went with Danny Woodburn, an actor known for his roles on Seinfeld and in movies like Mirror Mirror, as well as for being small, and therefore close enough. As we’ve noted before, the Michael Bay-produced, Jonathan Liebesman-directed film will be using a lot of motion-capture, so it’s likely Woodburn’s Splinter will be a primarily CGI creation—though as we were recently reminded by star Alan Ritchson, we don’t know anything for certain. Already immersed in his emotionally volatile Raphael character, Ritchson coolly, but rudely, told The Hollywood Reporter, “I think people assume they know what it's going to be about, and those people are wrong. The assumptions, everything you read online is wrong.” So just because you read it here, don’t assume that Ninja Turtles will be about turtles who are ninjas, or that watching it will give you turtle cancer. Because it’s possible we are wrong.
