Making A Murderer became a massive phenomenon when first released in 2015, and the new 10-episode season looks to grapple with that fallout. Netflix released the first good look at it today, featuring news reports about the show’s popularity and massive press conferences detailing the continued fight to overturn Steven Avery’s conviction. Trilling violins and drone footage also feature; this is definitely the same show. The whole thing will be available for compulsive viewing on October 19.
